Poster board & panel hire range

THE K SYSTEM – There are just two components, the panel and the pole. The panel is covered on both sides with a charcoal grey polyweave fabric (Velcro compatible). Plastic clips are permanently fixed to the panel sides for linking to the poles (this substantially reduces the setting up and dismantling times).

Heavy base plates are supplied where additional stability is required and must be used where panels are to be erected in a straight line or stand individually.

The K system is extremely robust and our poster boards can be quickly installed by our experienced teams and its design allows for many different configurations to give you complete flexibility to set up your event where temporary display walls are required.

Outlined below are the most popular configurations.

ZIG ZAG

Set up in a concertina zig zag style the poster boards are self-supporting in a row of 5+ poster board. No bases required.

STRAIGHT

Set up in a straight line,  base plates required for each pole.

INDIVIDUAL

Set up individually, two base plates required per panel.

SHAPED

We can configure almost any shape and options include T, U, V, X, Y shape or closed box. Please advise on the shape and we can provide a detailed quote

Velcro

Hook Velcro sold per metre or per roll. One metre will provide for five posters.

 

Spotlights

LED spotlights to illuminate your displays.

Numbering Cards

Numbering cards printed on 3mm Foamex to number your displays.

All our boards are double sided and Velcro compatible and the ability to use both sides maximises your display options and reduces costs. All types of posters and literature can be attached to our panels by means of hook Velcro allowing you complete freedom to showcase your work.

Deduct 50mm from the width for the actual fabric area.

All panels (Velcro compatible) are covered in a charcoal grey polyweave fabric but panel size 2100mm x 1250mm is also available in denim blue polyweave fabric.

The panels are frameless so you are able to run graphics flush across the full width of your chosen display.
